Energy is defined in science from a mechanical perspective as the capacity to do work. It can also be seen as the strength and vitality to sustain mental or physical activity. Off course Einstein ‘s famous equation defines energy as a relationship between mass and the speed of light. For most of us we see energy in terms of how we feel in terms of being able to do something. We here people say: “I don’t have the energy now to do this” meaning they don’t feel they can sustain the effort to reach a particular outcome. I would define energy as latent potential, ready to become actual potential in order to achieve an outcome. The sun’s energy has within it the potential to sustain life. The human energy begins at a cellular level where food and air is transformed into energy for physical activities as well as refining that energy for psychic activities. So energy is a complex topic with multiple perspectives and approaches.
